Terms & Conditions
Effective June 1, 2025
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Orbit Funding platform, including all challenge accounts, funded accounts, and related services. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Orbit Funding, purchasing a challenge, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our accompanying policies (Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Refund Policy, AML/KYC Policy). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must not be located in, or a national of, a country subject to applicable international sanctions
- You must not be prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction from accessing trading challenge services
- You may hold only one active account on Orbit Funding
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must keep your login credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Challenge Accounts
- Challenge accounts are evaluation tools. They are not real funded brokerage accounts until you have successfully completed both evaluation phases
- You purchase a challenge by paying a one-time fee. This fee is non-refundable once the account is activated
- Each challenge has defined rules: profit target, daily drawdown limit, maximum drawdown limit, and minimum trading days
- Breaching any rule results in immediate account termination. You will not receive a refund of the challenge fee
- Challenge progress resets to Phase 2 upon Phase 1 completion. Phase 2 has separate rules as specified on the Challenges page
5. Funded Accounts
- Upon successfully completing both evaluation phases, your account will be granted funded status
- Funded traders receive 80% of net trading profits
- Profit withdrawals are processed on a 14-day cycle with a minimum of $50 per withdrawal
- The same drawdown rules that applied during the evaluation continue to apply on funded accounts
- Orbit Funding reserves the right to adjust position sizing or instrument access on funded accounts at any time
6. Prohibited Activities
- Operating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other users
- Coordinated trading across multiple accounts to inflate performance
- Using any form of automated or manual exploitation of platform latency, price errors, or system bugs
- Copy trading or signal services that violate the spirit of individual evaluation
- Reverse-engineering platform logic or exploiting challenge rules
- Any activity designed to artificially pass the evaluation without genuine trading skill
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or provision of false KYC documents
7. KYC and Compliance
KYC verification is required before processing your first withdrawal. You must provide accurate identity and residence documentation as requested. Orbit Funding reserves the right to withhold payouts and suspend accounts pending satisfactory verification. We comply with applicable AML regulations.
8. Payments
All challenge fees are payable in USDT on supported networks (TRC20 / BEP20). Challenge fees are non-refundable once the account is activated. Orbit Funding is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or on unsupported networks.
9. Termination
Orbit Funding may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, or any activity we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. In the event of termination for misconduct, any pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Orbit Funding is not liable for trading losses, missed trading opportunities, or any losses arising from technical failures, market disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of the most recent challenge fee you paid.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Orbit Funding's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by applicable law.
