Risk Disclosure
Effective June 1, 2025
Market Risk
Financial markets are inherently unpredictable. Prices of currency pairs, commodities, indices, and other instruments can move rapidly and significantly against your positions at any time. Even experienced traders incur losses regularly. There is no method or strategy that guarantees profit.
Leverage Risk
Challenge accounts operate with leverage, which amplifies both gains and losses. A small adverse market movement can result in a loss greater than your intended risk per trade. Mismanagement of leverage is one of the most common causes of challenge account failure.
Challenge Failure Risk
Challenge fees are non-refundable. If your account breaches the daily loss limit, the maximum drawdown limit, or any other challenge rule, the account will be terminated immediately and the fee will not be returned. Rule breaches can occur at any time, including during open positions held overnight or over weekends.
Drawdown Rules
Both evaluation phases and funded accounts are subject to drawdown rules. Daily drawdown is calculated from the equity at the start of each trading day. Maximum drawdown is calculated from the peak account balance during the challenge. Failure to monitor these limits in real time is a common cause of account loss.
Funded Account Risk
A funded account is not guaranteed once you begin trading it. Drawdown rules remain active. If a funded account breaches the drawdown limits, it will be terminated and no further withdrawals will be processed. Orbit Funding does not guarantee the continuation of any funded account.
Technology and Execution Risk
Trading platforms may experience technical issues, connectivity problems, or execution delays. Orders may be filled at prices different from those shown due to slippage. Orbit Funding is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, connectivity failures, or execution errors beyond our reasonable control.
Liquidity and Spread Risk
During periods of high market volatility -- such as major economic news events, central bank announcements, or geopolitical developments spreads may widen significantly. Orders may be executed at materially different prices from quoted prices. This is a normal characteristic of financial markets.
Overnight and Weekend Risk
Positions held overnight or over weekends are exposed to gap risk markets can open significantly higher or lower than their previous close. A large gap can cause an immediate drawdown breach regardless of stop-loss orders placed.
Crypto Payment Risk
All challenge fees are paid in cryptocurrency. Crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. You are solely responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct wallet address on the correct network. Errors may result in permanent loss of funds. Orbit Funding cannot recover funds sent incorrectly.

Orbit Funding does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice. Any content on our platform including educational materials, market commentary, or challenge statistics is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the basis for any trading decision.

Regulatory changes in your jurisdiction may affect your ability to participate in trading challenges or withdraw funds. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to you in your country of residence.
